Bust of St Nicholas holding the book and offering a blessing. Epigraphy on either side: Ο|α|γι|ο,ν|ι|κο|λα|ο, : ὁ ἅγιο(ς) Νικόλαο(ς). Border of dots.

Inscription of five lines beginning with a cross above. Border of dots.
