Obverse

The Virgin orans, with a medallion of Christ before her. Sigla: ̅Θ̣̅. : Μή(τη)ρ Θ(εο)[ῦ]. Border of dots.

Reverse

St Helen, standing at the left, and St Constantine, standing at the right, holding a long patriarchal cross between them. Constantine holds a globus cruciger in his left hand. Inscription in two columns (legible only at right): |Κ||Ν|Τ.|ΙΝ : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Κων(σ)τ[α](ντ)ίν(ος). Border of dots.
