Translation
Κύριε βοίθι το σο δούλῳ Κωνσταντίνῳ πατὶρ πόλεως.
Lord, help your servant Constantine, father of the city.
Commentary
It is likely that the engraver mistakenly inscribed πατὶρ instead of the expected form πατρὶ which would accord with the owner's name in the dative case.
