The Mother of God enthroned, holding the medallion of Christ before her. Details indistinct. Within concentric borders of dots, a circular inscription beginning with a cross at twelve o'clock:

Θ̣..ΟΗΘΕΙΤ̣.ΟΥΛˊ...ΤΑΘΙ̣

Θ(εοτό)[κε] βοήθει τῷ [σ]ῷ δούλ(ῳ) [Εὐσ]ταθίῳ

The archangel Michael standing, wings outspread, holding a spear and shield. Epigraphy visible at left: Μ|Χ: Μ(ι)χ(αήλ).
