Κύριε/Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰωάννῃ πατρικίῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ λογοθέτῃ τοῦ ὀξέως θεοφυλάκτου δρόμου.

Lord/Theotokos, help your servant John patrikios, imperial protospatharios, and logothetes of the oxys dromos, guarded by God.

Commentary

Laurent and Zacos–Veglery read the fifth letter on the final line of the reverse as a , yielding θεοφ(υλάκτου) β(ασιλικοῦ) δρ(όμου). It is more clearly a Κ.
