Translation
Κύριε βοήθει τὸν βουλλόντα δι᾽ ἐμὲ δικαίως.
Lord, help the one sealing properly by means of me.
Commentary
The inscription speaks for the seal itself, asking God's help for the man who has followed the rules in using it.
