Translation
Κύριε/Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ δούλῳ σοῦ Ἰσαακίῳ ὑπάτῳ καὶ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ.
Lord or Theotokos, help your servant Isaac, hypatos and imperial spatharios.
Commentary
We read the owner's name as Isaac on the basis of the two letters extant in the first line, although it is possible that the name was Vasaakios.
