Translation
Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεοδώρῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ.
Mother of God, help your servant Theodore, imperial spatharios.
Commentary
We restore the owner's name as Theodore, but it could as well be Theodosios or, less likely, Theophylaktos.
