Bust of the Mother of God with medallion of Christ in front of her. Sigla on either side: Θ̅Μ̣̅ : Θ(εοῦ) Μ(ήτηρ). A circular inscription along the circumference:

ΘΚΕ....Τ̣̣Σ̣̣Δ̣...

Θ(εοτό)κε [βοήθει] τῷ σῷ δ(ούλῳ)

Inscription of five lines. Border of dots.

Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰωάννῃ μαγίστρῳ καὶ δομεστίκο τῶν σχολῶν.

Mother of God, help your servant John, magistros and Domestikos of the Schools.

Commentary

Note the order of the sigla, unlike the usual pattern, where M is to the left and Θ to the right.
