Translation

οὗπερ σφραγίζω τοῦ νοὸς τὰς ἐκφράσεις κλῆσιν γραφή σοι καὶ τύχην προδεικνύει.

The letter shows you the name and title of the one whose decisions I seal.

Commentary

An interesting inscription with use of periphrasis (τοῦ νοὸς τὰς ἐκφράσεις, for "decisions") and the word τύχη as a synonym for τιμή or ἀξία.
