Translation

Πορφυροφυοῦς ἔκγονον Κωνσταντίνον πρωτεξάδελφον Ἄγγελον βασιλέως κύρωμα γραφῶν ἡ σφραγὶς διαγράφει.

The seal, a verification of his correspondence, presents Constantine Angelos, son of a porphyrogennetos and cousin of emperor.
