This inscription should be added to the collection of metrical seals compiled by Wassiliou-Seibt, Siegel mit metrischen Legenden.

Translation

σφραγὶς ἐμοὶ πρόσεστιν χαρτουλαρίου.

The seal of the chartoularios belongs to me.

Commentary

We propose the owner's name as Nicholas on the assumption that the inscription is put in the mouth of the saint and likely namesake shown on the obverse.
