Obverse
The Mother of God, seated on a backless throne, holding the medallion of Christ before her. Sigla on either side: ̅θυ̅ : Μή(τη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Along the circumference, a circular inscription beginning with a cross at twelve o'clock:
θκεοηθ,τσλευ̣σ̣τ̣.θ̣..
Θ(εοτό)κε βοήθ(ει) τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Εὐστ[α]θ[ίῳ]

The Archangel Michael standing, holding the labarum in his right hand, the globus cruciger in his left. Sigla on either side: μ|ιχ|α : Μιχα(ήλ). Along the circumference, a circular inscription beginning with a decoration at twelve o'clock:
σεοφορτ...........
σεβαστοφόρῳ τ[ῷ] .....ῳ
