In the center, within a wreath border, a cruciform invocative monogram (type V). Along the circumference, traces of a circular inscription beginning with a cross at twelve o'clock:

Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Θεοδότου ὑπάτου.

ἐξελοῦ με ἐξ ἀνθρώπου πονηροῦ, ῥισαί με ἀπὸ ἀνδρὸς ἀδίκου.

Mother of God, give Thy aid. (Seal of) Theodotos, hypatos.

Deliver me from the evil man, preserve me from the violent man.

Commentary

The inscription along the circumference on both sides paraphrases the opening lines of Psalm 140 (LXX).
