Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰωάννῃ πρωτοσπαθαρίο καὶ κριτιῖ Παφλαγονίας ὡ Μιτυληνέος.

Lord, help your servant John Mitylenaios, protospatharios and judge of Paphlagonia.
