Θεοτόκε βοήθει Τιράνῃ σπαθάρις.

Mother of God, help Tiranes, spatharios.

Commentary

The lettering on this seal is very crude. Note that the inscription is rendered in reversed letters and order (reading right to left). The poor quality makes a dating uncertain, although the seventh century seems most likely.
