Translation

I, the proedros John from the family of the Alopoi, am yet again a second time using a (different) seal for my friends.

Commentary

As Wassiliou-Seibt notes in her commentary, the combination πάλιν - ἐκ δευτέρου ("yet again a second time") is redundant. The owner has crafted two twelve-syllable verses to say that he is using one seal for private correspondence, another for his official documents.
