Translation

Lord, help your servant Stylianos, archbishop of Caesarea and synkellos.

Commentary

Laurent was right to suggest that the owner of the present seal might well be Stylianos of Caesarea, attested in 1049 (K. and S. Lake, Dated Greek Minuscule Manuscripts to the Year 1200 IX [Boston, 1945], pl. 362).
