Obverse
St Basil standing, turned to his right with his hands upraised towards Christ who in turn extends his hand towards the saint. Sigla: ο||γι|ο|σ|σ|ιλ|ει|ο, : ὁ ἅγιος Βασίλειο(ς). Along the circumference, within a border of dots, a circular inscription beginning with a cross at seven o'clock:
Κ(ύρι)ε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ
