Bust of St John the Baptist holding a staff cross over his left shoulder. Inscription on either side: |Ι̅Ο||: ὁ ἅ(γιος) Ἰω(άννης) ὁ Πρ(ό)δ(ρομος). Border of dots.

Reverse

Inscription of five lines beginning with a cross. Border of dots.

Commentary

Note the inversion of omega and iota in the sigla on the obverse.
