Translation
σφραγὶς κυροῦσα τὰς γραφὰς Ἀλεξίου Κοντοστεφάνου Κομνηνοδουκῶν κλάδους.
The seal secures the writings of Alexios Kontostephanos, of Komnenodoukas lineage.
Commentary
We have restored the owner's Christian name as Alexios, but John is also possible, as either name fits the metre.
