Bust of the Mother of God orans, the medallion of Christ before her. Sigla: μ̅θ̅ : Μ(ήτηρ) Θ(εοῦ). Within concentric borders of dots, a circular inscription along the circumference:
ηνελπιδατιθημιταυτ,σφραγι,
ἣν ἐλπίδα τίθημι ταύτ(ην) σφραγίζ(ω)

Three standing saints. Left to right, St Andronikos, St Tarachos, St Probos. Sigla beside each of the figures: |α|ν|δ|ρ, : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Ἀνδρ(όνικος); |τ|αρ|α|χ, : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Τάραχ(ος); |π|ρ|ο|, : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Πρόβο(ς). Border of dots.

Translation
ἣν ἐλπίδα τίθημι ταύτην σφραγίζω.
The one in whom I place my hope is the one whom I place on my seal.
Commentary
The reverse presents a very rare image of the three martyrs of Anazarba.
