A cross mounted on a base of steps; a ball at each end of the cross. Along the circumference, a partially preserved circular inscription within concentric circles of dots:

Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Γριγωρίῳ. Κύριε φύλατε Γριγόριον διυκυτὴν καὶ ἔπαρχον

Commentary

The last lines of the reverse are too poorly preserved to offer a conclusive reading, but the letters visible make our reading plausible.
