Translation
Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. Βασιλήου.
Mother of God, help your servant. (Seal of) Basil.
Commentary
The cases change from obverse to reverse: τῷ σῷ δούλῳ (dative) and Βασιλήου (genitive). This is either an error or is intended to represent two different inscriptions: “Mother of God, help your servant. (Seal of) Basil," as we have presented it here.
