Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Πλοτίνο το ὑο τοῦ μανγλαβίτου.

Lord, help your servant Plotinos, son of the manglavites.

Commentary

This is an unusual formulation, which may mean that the owner was the son of the epi tou manglaviou or of someone with the family name Manglavites.
