Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει Οὐλὶδ ὑπάτῳ.

Mother of God, help Oulid, hypatos.

Commentary

The dating of this seal is based on the monogram on the obverse. The owner's name is clearly Arabic and may have been Walid or some variation of this.
