Patriarchal cross (x at the crossbars, and pellets at the end of the first crossbar) mounted on a base of three steps which stand on a ball. Star-like decorations in all four quarters. Invocation along the circumference. Border of dots.

Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Πετρονᾷ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ Χρουσοτρικλίνου.

Commentary

Note the spelling of Chrysotriklinou (Χρουσοτρικλίνου), perhaps an indication of the way in which upsilon was pronounced in this time.
