Translation
Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Νικήτᾳ προέδρῳ καὶ οἰνοχόῳ.
Mother of God, help your servant Niketas, proedros and cup-bearer.
Commentary
We take the term οἰνοχόος as a synonym for πιγκέρνης, the official (usually a eunuch) who functioned as the emperor's "cup-bearer."
