Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰωάννῃ το Σβουληνῷ.

Lord, help your servant John Sboulenos.

Commentary

The reading of the family name is quite uncertain. It is complicated by the absence of a letter and by the presence of an abbreviation at the end of the inscription. A better preserved parallel is necessary to confirm or correct the reading.
