Ernest W. Wiggin

Ernest W. Wiggin was a Civil Engineer who lived and worked out of New Haven, Connecticut in the early decades of the 1900s. He was a member of the Connecticut Society of Civil Engineers; in the CSCE 1912 roster of members, Wiggin is listed as a Bridge Engineer. At Dumbarton Oaks, Wiggin consulted on retaining walls and landscape grading for the terraces Beatrix Farrand built east of the mansion.
