Letter concluding Beatrix Farrand's thoughts on the confusion regarding the Harvard Board's garden plans during the War. Beatrix Farrand then explains her plans for spring and her next trip to Dumbarton Oaks. She ends the letter mentioning Anne Sweeney's "botanic classes," James Bryce and Ralph securing their positions with Ellis Russell, and lastly the Bliss' health, along with her husband's health. The typed postscript is in regards to Anne Sweeney's salary. Handwritten beneath the typed postscript is another note, So glad you enjoyed my "Mommy's" Lantern Slides [referring to Mary Cadwalader Jones' book, Lantern slides.
