Bust of St. Nicholas blessing and holding a book. Vertical inscription on either side: .|α|γ,-ν|η|κ|λ, : [Ὁ] ἅγ(ιος) Νηκ(ό)λ(αος). Remains of a circular inscription within a border of dots:

[Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ] δούλῳ

Reverse

Inscription of five lines. Indeterminate border.
