Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεοδωρίτῳ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ ἐπὶ τοῦ Χρυσοτρικλίνου καὶ μεγάλῳ κοιράτορι τον Ἐλευθερίου.
