σκέπ(οις), πάναγν(ε), σὸν λάτ(ρην) Κων(σταντῖνον)

Translation

σκέποις, πάναγνε, σὸν λάτρην Κωνσταντῖνον.

All-holy One, may you protect your servant Constantine.
