The archangel Michael standing, wings outspread, holding a sceptre and globus. Sigla on either side: ο|Χμ : ὁ ἀ(ρ)χ(άγγελος) Μ(ι)χ(αήλ). Border of dots.

Inscription of five lines beginning with a cross. Border of dots.
