In the center, a cruciform monogram: Τ and Ρ in ligature at top; Σ at right; Α below; Γ at left; Ἁγία Τριάς. Within concentric wreath borders, a circular inscription beginning at top.

Translation

Ἁγία Τριάς, ὁ Θεὸς ἡμῶν, βοήθη τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεωφίλῳ μητροπολίτῃ Μύρων.

Holy Trinity, our God, help your servant Theophilos metropolitan of Myra.

Commentary

The aniconic character and the invocation to the Trinity give the impression that the owner must have had iconoclastic convictions.
