Translation

Σφραγὶς μοναχοῦ εὐτελοῦς Εὐθυμίου.

Seal of the humble monk Euthymios.  

Commentary

The name is uncertain. Laurent reads Κωνσταντίνου, but this is doubtful. Euthymios seems more likely from what remains, but this reading is tentative at best.
