Commentary
Zacos seems to be correct that the reverse monogram is complex and contains the office ἐπάρχου in addition to the name of the eparch, which could be Ἀνθεμίου, Ἐυθυμίου, or perhaps Αθανασίου (Athanasios), if Σ is found within the Ε.
