Obverse
St Theodore standing, holding a spear and shield against the ground. Inscription on either side: Ο||ΓΙ|Ο|ΣΘΕ|ΟΟ|Ρ|Ο|Σ: ὁ ἅγιος Θεόδορος. Border of dots.
Reverse
Between concentric borders of dots, a circular inscription beginning (with a cross) at twelfve o'clock. In the center, a monogram resolved as the owner's family name: Δούκας Βατάτζης.
