Commentary
Barbarous imitation of follis of Herakleios and Herakleios Constantine, possibly struck in Syria. Overstruck on a follis of Justin and Sophia. Mint illegible. See on obverse at 12–2h traces of nimbate bust and inscription ending -NVSPP, and on reverse at 7–11h traces of design (Μ with cross above, to left, and to right), officino and exergue illegible.
Note the transposed reverse inscription, with ||| to the right of the M.
