Condition Cracked along the channel. Overstruck, with traces of the original inscription visible on the obverse and the image of the Mother of God orans on the reverse.

Θεοτόκε βοήθει Κωνσταντίνῳ σεβαστῷ τῷ Δούκᾳ.
