Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Κατακαλὼν κουροπαλάτῃ τῷ Τραχανιώτῃ.

Lord, help your servant Katakalon Trachaneiotes, kouropalates.

Commentary

The inscription gives the family name as Trachaneiotes, a form commonly encountered on seals and in documents. Katakalon Tarchaneiotes was active between the years 1074-1095.
