Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἀνδρέᾳ.

Lord, help your servant Andrew.

Commentary

It is possible that the owner's name was Andronikos, but the space available in the last two lines of the inscription suggests that Andrew (Andreas) was more likely.
