The Mother of God standing on a square carpet, turned to her right with her hands extended towards the manus Dei which is not preserved in the upper left. Sigla on either side: ̅ΘΥ̅ : Μή(τη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Border of dots.

Reverse

Inscription of six lines (bottom line missing). A cross above. Border of dots.

Translation

Χεῖρ Κυρίου, ἐπὶ κορυφὴν στῆθι τοῦ Κωνσταντίνου.

Hand of God, be upon the head of Constantine.

Following the invocation to the "hand of God," the inscription forms a twelve-syllable verse.
