Translation
ἐκ τῆς σφραγίδος ἴσθι τὸν γεγραφότα κριτὴν Πεκούλην, ὃς θέλει, γνωρειζέτω.
Let anyone who wishes know from the seal that the writer is the judge Pekoules.
