Bust of St John Chrysostom holding the book and offering a blessing. Inscription on either side: |ι̅|ο̣|στο|μ, : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Ἰω(άννης) ὁ Χρ(υσό)στομ(ος). Within concentric borders of dots, remnants of a circular inscription along the circumference:

[Κ(ύρι)ε βοή]θη τῷ σῷ δ[ούλ(ῳ)]

Reverse

Inscription of four lines beginning with a cross. A decoration below. Border of pellets within concentric circles of dots.
