A cross set within a frame, with pellets at the ends and surrounded by fleurons. Within a border of dots, a partially preserved inscription along the circumference, beginning with a cross at seven o'clock:

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεοδοριτο πριμηκιρίῳ, βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὴ τοῦ κυτονος.

Lord, help your servant Theodoretos, primikerios, imperial protospatharios and epi tou koitonos.

Commentary

In his unpublished catalogue of the Shaw catalogue, Laurent identified the owner of this seal as the koitonites Theodoretos who was implicated in a plot against Romanos I Lekapenos in 922: see Prosopographie der mittelbyzantinischen Zeit Online #27607.
