Translation

Κύριε βοήθει Θεοδώρῳ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ τῷ Βαλανιτι.

Lord, help Theodore Balanites, protospatharios.

Commentary

We read the owner's title as protospatharios but it is not out of the question that it was imperial spatharios; the determining abbreviation is not preserved.
