Faintly preserved bust of the Mother of God holding the medallion of Christ before her. No sigla visible. Traces of a circular inscription along the circumference:

Reverse

Inscription of four lines beginning with a cross. Border of dots.

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰωάννῃ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν ὐκιακῶν.
