Commentary
The monogram on the obverse combines Greek and Latin letters; the most plausible resolution appears to be Stefani, the Latin genitive of Stephanus.
Zacos mentions that κατὰ Ἀντιόχου likely refers to the palace τὰ Ἀντίοχου which lay the northwest of the Hippodrome in Constantinople.
